Each supplier on our platform has its own shipping lead time. However, the average is between 8-72 hours from moment of placing the orders.

Shipping Schedule

Although we process orders throughout the year. Usually there is no shipping on the following U.S. holidays via major carriers:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day


Back Orders

Some sellers will back order. However, we encourage our sellers to communicate it to our buyers and get their consent in order to avoid negative customer satisfaction


Incorrectly Addressed & Non-Deliverable Orders

UPS/Fedex offers an Intercept Service to correct packages that have been shipped incorrectly. The fee for Intercept Service is around $12.00 per box. Sellers may request to charge that from you including their handling fee. Not all Intercepts are successful and there may not be a charge for failed attempts.
If orders are returned as undeliverable or refused, sellers may charge "restocking fee". The exact amount is given in the sellers policy page. Outbound shipping may be non-refundable.
